What is Inner 'Girl Power' Strength, Really?
Inner 'Girl Power' strength isn't just about being tough! True Girl Power is about knowing who you are, it's your mind, body and soul, your intuition that works with your head, heart and your gut! That part of you that makes you strong, but not in a masculine way! a feminine way, a softer feminine power that masters yourself, your whole self.
Simple Steps to Bring Out Your Inner 'Girl Power' Strength
1. Get to Know Yourself
The first step to inner strength is knowing yourself well. Ask yourself how you're feeling and why. A chat with a close friend or journaling down your thoughts can help you see things more clearly.
2. Say 'No' When You Need To
Don't feel like you have to please everyone. It's okay to say 'NO' to things that drain your time and/or your energy. This is you setting healthy limits and boundaries for yourself.
3. Build Your Resilience:
Resilience isn't something you're born with; you build it. It's like a mental muscle that you need to work out.
Tackle Challenges: Don't shy away from difficulties. Each one you face and overcome adds to your inner 'girl power' and sense of achievement that you can work your way through and come out the other side with learning and a more deeper understanding about yourself.
