Meet Your Girl Power Champion!

Hello and Welcome, I am Estelle Clare, Founder of Girl Power Rocks and Your Girl Power Champion!

Now you may be thinking how can she be my champion, we have not met yet? Well when it comes to women who are in my hearth and realm (which includes you as your now here) then I am your Champion, with over 50+ years of living and experiencing life, there's not much that I haven't either heard of, experienced first hand or supported and I truly want the best for you as your champion, and potentially your coach and mentor.

But Coaching hasn't always been my career of choice, like many, I fell into it, with 30+ years of progressive corporate career experience, an MBA which I gained in my 40s and a combination of senior and executive rolls led to more latterly working for myself as an Independent Business Consultant. During that time I have had to , regroup, re-establish, re-set, re-engineer and re-invent myself, numerous times!, trying to stay current, maintain my A-game and keep one step ahead of my competition. So, finding I was juggling alot in my life, back in 2006, I found a coach, who understood my work and life challenges and took me on a journey of self-discovery and although I didn't know it at the beginning of my journey, I found through the self realisation of being coached that;-

* There was a different way to live my life, I just had to give myself permission to choose it for myself!

* I found confidence to step outside of my comfort zone, to make the changes I needed to

* I realised that the Girl Power 'Superpower', I was consciously and sub-consciously using as a regular mantra in my life was actually my resounding intuition, my guiding compass, my north star and it was real!

I also reflected back on my life so far, when things were going well and things that were not going well and my patterns of behaviour which ensued. I was always driven by being curious on who I was (self discovery), I always valued my personal development (personal growth) and my biggest challenges and experiences had led me to success (limitless potential) going above and beyond my wildest dreams, I even learn't to Ocean Race, the sheer empowerment journey that took me on was astonishing considering I had never sailed a day in my life and yet here I was learning to Ocean Race 40ft Racing Yachts that were circumnavigating the world!

My Girl Power SuperPower has made me who I am today, some call it luck, but I call it Living With Intention. Making some significant step-changes from a life ran for me by others, both work and home, to me taking control of who I am and what I want for me and my life. I have rewritten my narrative of 'success' which has always been a life value, but back then 'success' meant a highly paid job which was great, I enjoyed my 'work' but in reality gave me a lot of stress and a live to work mentality. Whereas now, I still have success as a value, but my meaning of success has changed, I am now happy, happy to be living a life of intention coaching amazing women who too want to see change in the world for themselves and their families... and I can still have all the things I ever dreamed of..but this time they are on my terms, which serves me and my family a whole lot better.
